No matter which type of glass you choose for your double glazed windows and double glazed doors, you can be assured of high quality through our strong warranty commitment. All the glass used in our energy efficient windows complies with Australian standards. If an insulated glass unit is found to be defective within the applicable period, we will repair or replace it in accordance with the purchase contract.

Terms and Conditions:

• Scratches will be inspected from a distance of 3 meters.

• Distortions of reflected objects are not considered defects.

• The warranty is non-transferable and benefits only the original consumer purchaser.

• The warranty does not cover vandalism, abuse, building movement, or damage caused by accidents after possession is taken.
