Delivery Schedule
We strive to deliver our double glazed windows and double glazed doors in the shortest possible time to maintain high standards of service and efficiency. Normally, delivery occurs 2-6 weeks after the order, on an agreed date. However, delivery times depend on the size and complexity of your order as well as your location.
It is possible to deliver in stages at the request of the client, builder, project manager, or architect. Note that each delivery will incur a fee. Although we are happy to accommodate urgent orders, please be aware that prioritizing an item can change our production plan and create bottlenecks, delaying the rest of the window and door items. We encourage clients, builders, architects, and project managers to consult with us during the planning stage to manage and control potential issues. This can help minimize the impact of urgent orders for double glazed windows and doors, which can unnecessarily increase costs both directly (through additional delivery charges) and indirectly (as opportunity costs due to delays).
A multi-drop off option is available on request for customers with fewer double glazed windows and doors, who are prepared to share the delivery truck to save money. In the case of a multi-point drop-off, customers are dependent on each other's availability. Therefore, if one or more customers cancel, the remaining customers may experience delays. We make considerable efforts to accommodate everyone's first preference and optimize the delivery schedule to minimize wait time. However, cancellations or changes by clients or factors outside our control (such as floods, cyclones, bushfires, strikes, or power failures) can cause delays. Despite having a contingency plan, clients should be prepared for potential changes.
Customers are also welcome to make their own arrangements to pick up the double glazed windows and doors from our facility in Sydney, where they are manufactured.
We deliver to the kerbside. Please inform us if you anticipate access problems to avoid delivery delays. If there are gates and security, provide appropriate clearance or notify security. If there is no access or no authorized person to take possession of the goods, we reserve the right to withdraw from delivery, and a new delivery (at a fee) will be arranged.
To ensure a smooth delivery process for your double glazed windows and doors, please arrange temporary parking at the kerbside, in a driveway, or elsewhere near the site. Also, advise us of any maximum height restrictions due to overhead wires, cables, or bridges.
Changes to your order, even if they do not alter the number of double glazed window and door items, can affect the delivery date. Substantial changes in size and style may require a larger truck to deliver your upvc double glazed windows and energy efficient windows.
