Change your Schedule

Use our secure online timetable to check the date and time of your delivery of double glazed windows or double glazed doors, or to make changes to your preferences and availabilities. This service is available 24/7.

For multi-drop schedules, confirmation from all affected parties is required. Therefore, any changes you make to the multi-point drop-off plan are neither confirmed nor final until approved.

Log in using your customer login and password. If you've forgotten your login details, please email us. Only customers or their authorized representatives can make changes. If you are a builder, architect, project manager, or interior designer, you must obtain the customer's express permission to make changes. We reserve the right to refuse changes if we suspect they were not made with the customer’s permission.

Please note that delays in delivery of more than 2 months cannot be processed online; you must speak to your sales representative to make new arrangements. You may be required to pay a storage fee for lengthy or repeated delays.

Failure to inform us of changes in your availability at least 2 days before the delivery date may hinder our ability to make timely changes and could inconvenience other customers in a multi-point delivery.
