Delivery
You can now easily and safely get a quote, place an order, and purchase double glazed windows, double glazed doors, and other products through our new online service. This service also allows you to check the delivery schedule conveniently. Any personal information provided will be used solely to process your order. Please ensure you specify the delivery address if it is different from your residential address.
We require a 40% deposit with a written and signed order, including full details (sketches and all relevant dimensions in mm) of the double glazed items. The manufacture of your double glazed windows and doors will not commence until payment is received. If you need double glazed products urgently, please make the deposit payment promptly. We try to accommodate your needs as much as possible; however, we cannot manufacture your order of double glazed windows and doors without the 40% deposit. Confirmation of your order will be sent once the deposit is received. Alternatively, clients can order through our re-sellers at retail prices on their payment terms.
Our schedule for delivering most double glazed windows and doors allows us 3-6 weeks to manufacture using mass production. The products are delivered without glass and handles but include internal hardware pieces.
Glass typically arrives between 1-4 business days later. Our double glazed windows and doors glass supplier is a Sydney-based company and can be flexible if the delivery of glass needs to be delayed to avoid accidental breakage at the construction site.
The remaining window and door hardware, such as handles, can be fitted during installation or afterward. The windows can also be adjusted for air and water tightness according to requirements.

However, experience shows that urgent items may not be installed immediately due to changing priorities at the construction site. Please note that ordering urgent items can change our production schedule and may create bottlenecks, delaying other items. We urge architects, customers, and builders to request urgent manufacturing only for genuinely urgent items. Extraordinary architecturally specified windows and doors may also be manufactured separately due to unique or high-precision requirements. Please consult us so we can plan and manufacture the double glazed products on time.
To keep our costs and prices low, we operate a multi-drop delivery system and cannot give a delivery time until all customers participating in the system are contacted. Delivery turnaround for double glazed windows and doors is typically 10-15 business days. However, you may contact our estimators or customer service for an update on your order.
We deliver the double glazed products to your kerbside. Please ensure someone is available all day on the delivery day to assist the driver in unloading and checking the goods when they arrive.
Please note that if the wrong address is specified or there is no one authorized to take delivery of the windows and doors or glass, and re-delivery is required, we may charge a fee equal to the original delivery fee.
